I think deviantART should have a genre for 'Aesthetic art'. And I say this because a lot of images that I see may not have a specific concept explainable in language, so much as a mood or a feeling about it.
I think art does not necessarily need to convey a concept or idea, so much as a feeling or emotion.
Aesthetics are not always able to be explained through words, and are only felt. Im sure if I asked you the concept of this image, it might take you awhile to find the right words to explain what it is; and even then they would not be 100% accurate.
The fact is, you liked something about this image, and decided to post it. I like it to, perhaps for different reasons...it is doubtful either of us could come up with a similar reason. I feel a conceptual image should be explainable in words, whereas one that relies heavily on a highly interpretable image, or aesthetic that it may convey, should not.
