It's been 20 years flat since Buddy Hackett, the original voice of Scuttle the seagull from Disney's The Little Mermaid, passed away less than age 79, so after months of absence, here's another Speechless tribute complete with Scuttle himself. Hackett luckily reprised his role in the DTV sequel The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea, & this was his last role, 3 years before his death. + 2 fun facts: 1: Buddy Hackett was also the narrator of the Rankin/Bass holiday special Jack Frost (premiering 1 decade before The Little Mermaid's release), voicing Pardon-Me-Pete the groundhog, & 2: Scuttle was actually modeled after Hackett himself!
