Description

It's been 5 decades flat since the passing of George Sanders, the original voice of Shere Khan the tiger in Disney's 1967 hit animated feature The Jungle Book. He died only 5 years after the movie's release, yet Shere Khan was his sole animated character. Afterwards, Tony Jay (whom sadly is also no longer alive) took over the role in TaleSpin & The Jungle Book 2. Anyways, here's a nice Speechless tribute to him, or should I say "Roarless"? + a fun fact: Shere Khan's facial appearance was actually modeled after Sanders himself, especially his chin.

Shere Khan belongs to the long-late Rudyard Kipling & Walt Disney Animation Studios
