Description
A couple more updated Office 97 style icons. One based on the orignal Schedule+ (which has been integrated into Outlook 97 and no longer exists) and Binder (which was limited to just unbind functions in Office XP and removed completely in Office 2007) I use the Schedule+ icon for OneNote and I use Binder for Binder '97 since it still works with Office 2003 and Office 2007
These should have lots of other great uses too.

Added a links table to all of my sets and now everything you can get in a dock icon is available as a windows icon (except for the original colored version of set 1 in the dock icons)
