Data, you should have known better than to leave a banana peel on the floor!

This piece was drawn by Stingybee365 A.K.A "Andy".
I had never commissioned a drawing of a human girl before, so what I got blew me away. The combination of Roll's design with an anime-like motif was brilliantly executed. That and Roll Caskett from the MegaMan Legends series doesn't get the love and appreciation I feel she deserves. Her design and characteristics are just too incredibly adorable not to have drawn!

Originally, this drawing had been completed back in October, but me and Andy had a falling out over this commission for reasonings I will keep private. But those exchanges caused me to cut off contact with her, and keep the picture to myself before things really got heated.

What inspired me to upload this was the discovery of a "Roll Caskett spirit" in the latest Smash Bros. Seeing that, reminded me that I had still not uploaded this picture. I felt some time has passed that I can upload this brilliant piece. I am still peeved over what happened, but not sharing this image would be a disservice to all the remaining fans of the Mega Man, and MML series, as well as fans of Roll, if I had just kept this picture to myself.

It was a beautiful day outside where the Flutter was docked. MegaMan Volnutt and Roll Caskett were currently seated at the table near the TV. MegaMan had on his bulky blue armor, and Roll was wearing her usual red shorts, crop shirt, and hat. He black under layer were also secured. But two things that were strangely missing from her current getup was her shoes and socks. Roll felt at ease and more comfortable being barefoot for the time being, as the cool, metallic floors felt nice after having worked the day before on fixing the ship.

"So, MegaMan. You ready to head out and grab that refractor?"

With a cheeky smile, the boy in blue quickly replied.

"Indeed, Roll! We should be able to get out of here once we have that refractor!"

With a giggle, Roll gave a reply to his enthusiasm about the mission. She lifted her leg up and gently rubbed her foot on MegaMan's left calf.

"Well, you just be careful out there, you hear me? I want your armor back in one piece."

The armor had been fixed and polished the day before, pretty much spotless except for a smear left behind by Roll's playful rubbing.

"Erm, o-of course... Roll."

Another smirk before she tries to push MegaMan backwards with her foot. But that was more than enough to give him a hint. MegaMan pushed his chair back and sat up, he then pushed the chair back in afterwards so that it was against the table.
Roll got up as well, doing the same thing with her own chair. She picked up a blue helmet on one of the nearby tables. However, it slipped from her bare fingers and fell onto the floor. Luckily, she moved her foot out of the way before it landed.

*CLUNK*

MegaMan quickly looked down at the floor where it came from.

"Oh, geez."

She giggled to herself before sliding her foot underneath the helmet. It was light enough to pick up with just her foot, which is what she did. Carefully turning around by hopping on one foot, she now faced the boy and kicked the helmet towards him.
MegaMan was quickly able to catch the helmet. He held it in his hands before saying to her.

"You know you could've just picked it back up, hehe."

He chuckled as he began to fasten the helmet to his head. Now that the helmet was secured, MegaMan was ready to equip his shining laser attachment, a very powerful weapon that will easily handle any combat situation.

"Yeah..."

Roll chuckled as well before she began to head towards her room.

"I am guessing you want the shining laser, right?"

The boy nodded as he began to follow her. He had to admit, she knows what he needs for each mission or raid.

As Roll began to climb down the ladder, she winced at the feeling of the cold metal bars against her bare feet. Thankfully, this was very short lived, as she quickly reached the bottom. She jumped off the second to last ladder bar, landing on the cool, metal floor. Roll walks over towards a shelf, she crouches down in order to reach the shining laser.

A couple of minutes pass, and the laser was successfully attached to MegaMan.

"Thank you, Roll! I am off to get that refractor!"

With that, he climbed back up the ladder and made his way out of the ship. Roll however, needed a few minutes to put away all of her tools so she could find them later. Once that was done, she exited the ship via an exit hatch right in the upgrade room. Once open, she sat down on the edge and pushed herself off. Her feet landed on the wet, grassy ground outside.

The young mechanic closes the hatch and began to make her way over towards the outside ladder. One thing to note was the unfortunately slick and muddy surface that covered most of the area around the ship. So, when Roll proceeded to step on this surface, her feet began to skid uncontrollably.

"...?..."

Flailing her arms around, she tries to regain her balance as her feet kept slipping around on the mud. Her body was moving back and forth as she struggled to maintain her position. Almost falling a few times, she was finally able to start running forwards on the slick surface. However, coming to a stop wasn't going to be easy. She tried to stop herself, but the ground was too slippery. So she slid along the surface for a few seconds. Her soles glided along the smooth ground until she finally came to a halt. A track was visible behind her as she did. As she stopped, her body was slouched over, her arms extending outwards as she tried to not fall over.

Cue sigh of relief.

The girl stood up straight and lightly shuffled her feet in the mud. She had to admit, it did feel good, but she had to focus on getting back to the flutter. She turned around and looked up at the door. It shouldn't be too hard should it? Roll looked back at the slick ground, lifting a foot in the air and began to slowly take a step.

Taking another step forward, her foot slipped, and she lost her balance, causing her to start flailing uncontrollably. No matter how hard she tried, her feet couldn't properly grip the ground beneath her. Much akin to a treadmill, she continuously kept running in place. Her feet unable to mlve herself forward.

Thankfully, she regained her balance. Roll was taking deep breaths as she stood there.
