Description
As you know, I've been trying out a more painterly style for my art. So when I saw Color by Region contest, I thought that would be perfect to test out my new style! =3 Mew in its little bubble from the Mewtwo Strikes Back movie seemed to fit the Kanto colors of red and green well, as the water could be green tinted instead of blue.

One layer, about 35 minutes (and a couple of test runs previously) in OpenCanvas, and saved in Photoshop Elements 6.
