It's June and this is my first Pokemon art of the year?! This is for Draw Me a Pokemon! I couldn't resist doing another picture of Umbreon! I wanted something simple with Umbreon framed by the full moon. I think it worked!If I win, I choose Primarina!
Made with OpenCanvas (sketch and text) and Paint Tool Sai (inking and coloring) and saved with Photoshop Elements 6.0.

Thanks! I actually had no idea how I was going to do the moon because the art programs I currently have don't have a "draw a circle" function. So I just decided to wing it and use a huge airbrush brush and hope for the best! XD Then I just added some craters and stuff.

It can be frustrating when your art program lacks the tools you want. That aside I think you decision to wing it worked out well as it turned out great
