Happy Leap Day everyone! Yep, it's a once in four year occassion. Now, I could've uploaded this, like, tomorrow, but I really wanted to make a mark on such a day. I actually drew this weeks ago but I haven't thought of uploading it until now. I can't say much since this is just the sparkle siblings together (Shinelight and Sparkle).I might upload some more stuff about Pokemon, I don't know???
