This is a series of pictures derived from a recent live journal post by a friend of mine (guess his name) who is the black gentleman. Anyway, these pictures aren't arranged in any specific order, sort of a type six transition scheme, to use Scott McCloud's terminology. For more info on the protest check out: [link]

As for technique, this is anouther experiment with my grey pens. This time with multiple figures. The challenge, I realize is to make each figure stand out, but I don't know if I was sucessful in the end. I'm basically pleading with you, the viewer for some "composition" pointers.
