i was surprised that Popplio got more love than Rowlet when I made them- even though I hate cats I will be doing Litten at some point before sun and moon is released

I really love Popplio, he's quite cute and he has the potential too! Since he's based on a sea lion, they are also one of my favorite animals, Popplio is no exception :3
