Decided to redo [Alolan Vulpix] Sparkling Hope in the Night... in a different style, slightly more updated, with a more complete scene.

I absolutely ADORE Snow Vulpix, he is so cute and fluffy <3 and absolutely adorable and snugly!
Also I get to go back and add the correct frost paws which I usually forget to do with snow Vulpix, I am basically a Vulpix-only channel at this point so many of them have been made...
