Its not really a  two  tail  he  just  Styles it to the  point that  got more  curl and style than  Rarity's.  O_O  But its  a  double  tail  style  seeing he  straightens  one bit  and  curls  the other  for more effect. I don't really  know  cause I didn't Originally  design him.  Best  to  ask  Trotsworth that  Question.
