Had to have a break off the shitty assignments!
I like the mood of it, sort of... dreamy. I guess..
Painted the whole thing in Photoshop 7.0 then pen-tooled some of the hair strokes and finally blured it in many different layers.

I really like scarlett! I did a portrait of her while back,mind you its not as good as this! While I do enjoy the heavy shadow on her face, its a nice contrast to her pale skin, I think you need to add a hint of color to that side of the face, also I would think youd see more of the eye too. Overall its wonderful.
