Description
Recovering from their ordeal on Andoria and now safe in the sick bay of ISS VALIANT, Senator Constanza Gracci and her two Andorian companions rest after undergoing thorough physical examinations. Dr. Amirah Ashley, the chief medical officer of ISS POTEMKIN, has been tasked with treating the senator by her captain. My OCs by www.deviantart.com/s2ka .

Constanza tries to rest on the examination bed. She has it in the upright position so that she can at least 'feel' like she is in control over her situation. The worst thing that a Terran can feel is not in control of their situation. That could lead to hostilities and injuries could result. But Constanza, as a member of the elite upper class, patricians, and a daughter of nobility, she learned from childhood how to control her more violent impulses. But she still doesn't like not being in complete control. Doctor Ashley has skillfully tended to the senator's injuries. Mostly frostbite and dehydration.

The senator's Andorians however had signs of terrible physical abuse, doled out by their Terran jailers. Raela endured the worst of the abuse, aside from the superficial cuts and bruises on her face, arms and torso, she had terrible contusions on her vulva and anus from the numerous times she was raped by the Terran soldiers. Dr. Ashley, a Terran warrior to the core, was shocked at the apparent brutality. She could only guess about the pain that the young Andorian woman felt. Ashley soon found herself admiring the blue skin woman's toughness because Raela has not complained about her injuries even though they were extensive. She had internal damage to her vagina and some internal bleeding but never uttered a word. Ashley performed surgery on her, repairing the damage and hopefully making her whole again. The other Andorian, Zydra, had not been abused as her sister had and after a thorough examination, Dr. Ashley found out why. The young woman had contracted a venereal disease, most likely from one of the other aliens that the late governor Alejandro Marin owned as slaves. Apparently the Terrans 'unleashed' a Klingon male on her as 'entertainment', wagering on how many inches of his phallus she could take before passing out. She contracted the disease from him and the Terrans never bothered to treat her. Ashley got to her just in time and was able to treat her. She'll make a complete recovery. Like her sister, Zydra does not complain.

Dr. Ashley walks over to her three patients carrying a PADD with their treatment records. Terran military doctors are not known for their bedside manners. Their job is to treat the wounded and return them to duty quickly. Terrans are a hardy people, used to pain and injury and toughened by warfare. Senator Gracci had been a soldier earlier in her adult life and has lived by the Terran martial philosophy of duty, honor, loyalty and to face pain and death without fear. She would not take coddling very kindly and Ashley would not do so anyway.

"How are you feeling, Senator?" Ashley asks respectfully, as she takes Constanza's vital signs and updates her chart.

Constanza frowns, slightly annoyed by the constant poking and prodding from the doctor, but she understands why...

"I feel like getting back to work, doctor.." Constanza says flatly. "All of this medical care is driving me crazy! I need to be doing something!"

Ashley smiles admiringly at Constanza's attitude and apparent drive. She is definitely a tough woman and not one to be trifled with, the corpse of her husband is evidence of that...

"Well, you did a hell of a lot back on Andoria.." Ashley says in her irreverent tone. "Your vitals are excellent and you've recovered from your frostbite. When we get to Vulcan, I know they'll have a lot of questions for you. You won't be bored!"

Constanza lets out a large sigh as she contemplates the long debriefing she'll have to undergo.

"I most certainly won't be bored..." Constanza replies. "I hope that the warrant that I swore out on my late husband's children has been executed.."

"I'm sure it has, Senator.." Ashley says confidently. "A Senatorial death warrant is not something that is handled lightly. Especially one dealing with high treason.The Inquistors will handle it with their usual efficiency. Marin's kids and entire family will be dead before we reach Vulcan."

Constanza smiles slightly, acknowledging the truth of Ashley's words. The entire Marin clan, from Alejandro's three adult children, to all of his extended family, will be summarily executed without trial, wherever they are. Such a warrant is only sworn out when irrefutable proof of high treason against the state or Emperor exists. Alejandro Marin's treason has met all of the necessary requirements along with the additional charge of attempted murder of an Imperial Senator. That charge alone would have been enough for him to be executed. By Terran law, the physical persons of Imperial Senators are inviolable, never to be broken, infringed, or dishonored. The mere unwanted touching of an Imperial Senator is punishable by death.

"My revenge will be complete..." Constanza says coldly. "That man was a monster.. and killing him was more than enjoyable.. it was ecstasy!"

Dr. Ashley smiles again at the senator's words. The passion that Constanza feels about killing her husband, Amirah Ashley knows very well.

"I know how that feels..." Ashley says thoughtfully. "watching the life drain from that bastard's body.. as he knows it's you that is killing him... the expression of complete surprise on his dying face... makes me almost orgasm with excitement!"

"YES!" Constanza shouts happily as she listens to the doctor's description... a person who obviously understands what is was like.. "Exactly like that! You definitely know what it's like doctor!"

"Welcome to the 'Black Widows' club, Senator Gracci.." Ashley says happily, giving Constanza a furtive wink. "We have something else in common".

The doctor turns her attention to the PADD in her hands and punches up the charts on the two Andorian sisters. She checks their vital signs on the bio beds they occupy and after a few moments, Ashley nods approvingly.

"What is it doctor?" Constanza asks. She does so because the two Andorians don't dare ask a Terran warrior a question. "How are my companions doing?"

"Well, Raela is healing nicely.." Ashley replies, speaking directly to the senator but loud enough for the Andorians to hear what she's saying.

"Senator, I don't think that you realize the fullest extent of her injuries.." the doctor says in a serious tone. "She had bad injuries to her vagina, a rupture in her anus and internal bleeding. The surgery I performed was simple enough and she will fully recover."

Constanza turns her head and gaze toward Raela and her eyes soften. Any woman would feel sympathy for another woman who has been through such torture and abuse. Terrans feel that they are superior to the aliens that they have conquered. Their xenophobia and cruelty are well known, Constanza Gracci is a Terran and shared those beliefs and prejudice. To feel sympathy for an alien is something new to her...feeling sympathy period is frowned upon by Terrans.. but knowing what this young woman has been through..

"I'm sorry mistress.." Raela says softly, her eyes lowered in shame.

"Don't apologize to me, Raela.." Constanza says reassuringly. "You took the punishment.. the degradation.. for me. To protect me.. because those pigs knew that they couldn't assault me like that because of my station and titles. I owe you a debt."

Raela raises her eyes for a moment to meet Constanza's gaze, tears welling up in the Andorian's beautiful eyes. Tears of gratitude and humility.

"Thank you mistress..." Raela replies timidly. "You owe me nothing.. you tended my visible wounds while we were imprisoned and it was my duty to protect you since the governor disowned me and you claimed me.. it was my honor to be of service to you."

For a long moment, Constanza Gracci says nothing, she is truly in awe of the loyalty of this young woman from an alien planet. Loyalty and honorable sacrifice are two of the highest Terran ideals and this Andorian epitomizes those ideals.

"If there are more of your people like you, honorable and loyal.. we Terrans will have to re-think the current political arrangement.." Constanza says warmly.

"What about Zydra doctor?" Constanza asks as she turns her gaze back to Ashley.

The doctor runs a hand scanner over Zydra's body in order to double check the Andorian's readings.

"Zydra's infection has been cured.." Ashley says reassuringly. Once again, talking directly to Constanza. "That Klingon virus was a nasty one and compounded by the trauma to her vagina. I gave her a high dose of antiviral medication and she's free of it. The trauma to her body has healed.. but I can't say the same for her spirit."

Constanza nods her head in understanding as she turns her gaze to Zydra who hangs her head down.. in shame.

"That was why they didn't touch me mistress..." Zydra explains. "A week before you arrived, the soldiers amused themselves by watching a male Klingon slave ravish me... they wagered on how much of him could penetrate me before I passed out.. a few days later I discovered that I had strange discharge leaking from my body. I couldn't say anything about it to anyone.. they wouldn't treat me.. I basically waited in pain to die."

Constanza says nothing at first as she listens to the woman's terrible story. The senator, a military veteran, is well aware of the twisted forms of 'entertainment' that Terran troops engage in while on occupation duty on alien worlds. She never gave much of it any thought. As an Imperial Starfleet officer and member of the aristocracy, she never took part in such things because such behavior is frowned upon by members of her class. But now she sees the victims of such 'entertainment' face to face and feels revulsion, her mind briefly flashing back to her own wedding night... and how Alejandro Marin ravished her.. and the humiliation she felt.. the anger..

"Nothing like that will ever happen to you again.." Constanza vows. "Not if I can help it.."

"Well, you'd better change Terran military discipline.." Ashley says sarcastically. "remember, Terran doctrine states that Terror must be maintained or the Empire will fall. How better to terrorize a group than to abuse and rape their population..."

Constanza nods slightly but is determined to start advocating for change...

"There is no honor in such behavior...and if this Empire of ours is going to endure.. we have to make some changes." Constanza says firmly. "But first, we have to defeat Vitaly Timochenko and his traitors. If our alien subjects remain loyal.. and dare I say.. fight for us.. I definitely think that we'll be able to make those changes."

Ashley stares at the senator for a few moments, surprised at the woman's thoughts and ideas. Such utterances could be considered subversive, and for an Imperial Senator, dangerous. But Ashley is aware that many Terrans have similar opinions. Her former brother-in-law Governor Solomon Cooper has already been forming military units comprised of Vulcans and Terran/Vulcan mixed breeds to fight for the Terran Empire. Not since before the reign of Empress Hoshi Sato has there been a large number of aliens in the Imperial Military. Some influential Terrans really want to change that. But she doesn't know exactly what to think about alien 'emancipation'.

"Tread carefully Senator Gracci.." Ashley warns. "Such thoughts could be seen as subversive.."

Constanza narrows her beautiful eyes at the doctor suspiciously. From what she has observed of the physician, Ashley is blunt talking and doesn't hold her tongue. Maybe weighing what this woman thinks about the subject would help the senator better understand what other Terrans think about the subject.

"I most certainly will tread carefully doctor.." Constanza says. "And I would like to know what do you think?"

A confused expression came across the doctor's face as she contemplates the question.

"Hmmmmm.. what DO I think?" Ashley asks herself out loud. "I am a Terran warrior, bred for battle and I was taught to despise everything non Terran. But after serving in Starfleet as long as I have, I learned to actually admire many alien cultures and individuals. Honestly, I agree with you that if aliens help us defeat Timochenko...then we gotta change a few rules around here."

Constanza smiles slightly at Ashley approvingly.

"Thank you doctor.." the senator says softly. "Your answer is truly enlightening.."

Ashley tucks her PADD under her arm and prepares to walk back to the small desk she's utilizing in the sickbay.

"Glad I could help.." Ashley says. "Let me know if you want to know anything else..."

Constanza leans back on her upright bed narrowing her hazel eyes at Ashley with a saucy smirk on her lovely face.

"Yes... as a matter of fact I am curious about something..." Constanza says

Ashley stops and faces the senator again. "Ask away senator.."
