As for Cameron's take on the world of Alita, after seeing Avatar I am a bit worried that he's going to focus too much on the look of the film versus the actual content of the material and how impacting it can be.
Well, at least it should look good and be visually entertaining in that capactity hopefully.

Not as a print since that wouldn't be fair to her creator Yukito Kishiro. A comission however...well, the client gets what they pay for so that pretty much sums that up I think.

Battle Angel Alita (or Gally) was one of my first loves of both Manga and Anime. Way back in the fandub days of convention trading before everything was on Cartoon Network and such.
I met another fan of hers here on DevArt and she asked why I didn't have any fanart of her. This had led me to think that maybe I should do some more, especially of my girls the Knight Sabers, SANJO!!!

Maybe I'm just influenced by Yukito's current art style because in the early books her famous "octo-lips" were way more pronounced.
