Stringing together

The words clot
Building inward pressure
Bursting into new formations

The words dance
Clumsily embracing one another
My fingers obey without protest

The words mock
Commanding and noble
I type and type forever

The words pour
Emotions scream in panic
My heart begs for no more torture

The words go
At long last
My weary mind is finally at some peace.
