Story behind this picture:
well my friend got me the game Pokemon Dungeon Explorers of the Sky
the pokemon i got was a Squirtle and my partner is Shinx (i let him pick the partner pokemon since he got me the gift) i remember in normal pokemon games theres the TM called Surf so i decided what it would look like if Cecy used that move and thats where this picture came along
