After the accident of the cookie jar, Chrome and his new friend Sierra were both ashamed by the horrible glup hat. But the worst thing is that they had a little visit of someone, someone that is new for Sierra, but who Chrome knows very well; Finnegan. They were coming back to see if their pets were all alright - because they can't bring them to the Cranny -, but they weren't expecting to see Chrome with such a ridiculous hat... So he had to explain the whole story, and also introduce his new friend to them. Chrome also learnt that Finnegan was doing the magic class, explaining why their scarf were burnt. He got quickly interest to magic, especially the Wind one, and Finnegan told him that Wind magic class will be for next month. Chrome got immediatly hyped, he NEEDS to go there. But he needs to be an adult for it. He was afraid that he couldn't make it in time, but according to his friend, who was already an adult, he will grow up soon. His baby spot was already fading, and his body was changing little by little. Waiting is the only option.

Time passes, and Chrome became more and more hyped about growing up, looking at himself in the mirror everyday, trying to see if the spot was completely gone. He didn't stopped a moment to talk about magic and his future, he wanted to grow up, to become a true Wyngro, cool and strong. But, what about work ? And his new home ? He didn't really decieded. Some Wynglings told him about the Cranny, and it's true, he can go there... According to Finnegan, it's a great place with really nice Wyngrew. But some says it's better to go somewhere else, the Cranny is a complete mess full of tots and its owner is... Kind of special. It'll be a though decision for the young adult. But an idea quickly came into his mind. He knows where to go, at least, he will try.

Finally, it was the time. That one day where he became bigger than anyone in the Nook, at least, as big he can be since he was reatively small as a Wyngling. It was the day. He quickly came to see Alma, who educated him like her own child, happy to told her the new. She helped the former-Wyngling to prepare his departure, and when everything was ready, he felt a bit anxious but happy to finally go and lives by himself. Sierra came to told him goodbye, maybe one day he will join Chrome, who knows ? Alma took a quick look at the new adult, and took him in her arms, snoot booping his front head like every parents would do. Chrome was a bit embarassed about it, but some tears came to his eyes. Everything he know, everything he loves... Behind him. He hugged back Alma, and after he promised her to come back in the future, he finally left.

A new life was wainting for him now.
