The Arbiters of Hexis are a dogmatic sect that focuses on perfection and strict discipline. Though this can lead to peak physical condition, it also makes it difficult for members to properly gauge social interactions.

Kinda rushed, but it still turned out like I thought it would. Also, ember is weird to draw. So are the Arbiters. So are back muscles. Drawing is weird. But seriously, those dang Arbiters are hard to draw when they wont let you get within 15 feet of them.
