September continued to play follow the leader with the fog that lingered about her feet. The same feet had been on the road for days. Simply walking…nothing more. No purpose behind it, no further destination then the next step. If plans had been arranged earlier…a journey or a quest, it had been long forgotten. Forgotten like most things are…names…places…people. September didn’t mind so much. Ignorance was bliss they say. But as she walks…she wonders if that’s true. At the moment a home would be nice…not so much a family, just a place to sleep. Blinking, September glanced downwards to the child in her arms. “Will you stop that Amon?” Her reply was a mixture of gurgles and growls. As Amon lifted his head, all September could do was sigh. Staring blankly at the revolting bag of flesh,

she continued to speak to it as though it were a younger sibling. “Amon…I’m serious. I know your hungry but that doesn’t mean you can eat my shoulder! I mean…your getting slobber everywhere.” Following the young girls voice, was a few barking sounds, and a hiss. Amon would never speak again…and luckily September was accustomed to the odd sounds. Amon had been dead for my years, and his body was still rotting, though doing so slowly. His skin was cold, and gray…the wounds that graced the flesh had opened the door for maggots that thrived inside of him. Amon saw without eyes, for they were taken out many years ago, leaving shallow pits of darkness. He kept gnawing though on the warm shoulder of September. He could hardly cause her pain, for his teeth were hardly found…

just bright colored stumps of rotten minerals. As grotesque as he was, Amon was dressed in pure white, with his golden locks of hair neatly combed. Amon squirmed, as September tried to switch him with her scythe. “Fine…” He was getting restless…now to find a place where he can run around. “Well…Lucky me.” Spotting the tavern she moved towards it, struggling to keep her balance with the scythe, and zombie...

turning to the side, lowering her shoulder; she pushed it into the door. Sliding in, the door slammed behind her. “Well...what an entrance.” Amon growled, and hissed before September just let him drop. “Fine, fine…go...” Watching the small child zombie skip off, caused her to chuckle, as she leaned on her Scythe which happened to be larger then the girl herself. September stood somewhere around five feet one inches, looking about the age fifteen. Her skin was snow white, and was the exact compliment to her hair, and eyes…not to mention her clothing. Not a shed of color was found on the girl’s face, besides lips that were painted black, but lined with a crimson red. Her eyes held no white…no color...and the pupils were lost in seas of black. Septembers hair could reach her shoulder blades

if she ever wore it down, but she was fond of her two ponytails. So, mostly the locks of black and dark red were pulled up. Every once in awhile shorter layers of hair would slide in into her eyes, like at the moment. Instead of removing the hairs, September smoothed out the wrinkles in her long skirt, that was part of an outfit consisting of a black corset tank top, with red lacings, and black knee high boots. Now moving her scythe to her shoulder, September moved towards the back of the tavern, so she could keep an eye on Amon, who was finding fun crawling over tables.
