Nathan was born to Calista in a relatively small clan. She saved Nathan and his two rookery brothers, Toric and Sunder, from the same wildfire that cost them their clan and eventually Calista her own life. Her body far too damaged to make it through the entire night.

The boys were thrust out into the world on their own as barely even teenagers, forced to adapt and learn to live on their own. Between this event, their rather natural naive innocence, and no real negative interactions with humans means they aren't nearly as put off or distrustful of humans. Merely seeing them as something you just don't want to see you face to face for the most part.

They do cause mischief for the most part, but do end up playing something of a protector role to the humans in the small town they live near over the years.

This lack of fear or distrust of humans causes issues when they meet Lakota's clan.

Nathan adores Alix pretty much from the moment they meet, but is far too anxious and shy to voice this to her for quite a while. He never really felt very confident in himself anyway, at least not with females. For a bit he can't tell if her interest and affection is real or not, thinking himself to be reading too much into her actions.

He's far more relaxed and open with his brothers naturally, and actually butts heads with Toric on occasion. When he's comfortable and relaxed he can be quite confident in himself.

The eventual mate to Alix and father to MaKenzie, Alexander and Shelby.

This guy is the one that started it all ages ago. At first he was nothing more than a passing design, never really intended to be anything more. He stuck around though, determined to become something more I suppose. He evolved into one of my most in depth RP characters ever, then on to my second 'sona next to Tala, and now he's actually got something of a true backstory and family and friends! My boy is growing up! <3

The age displayed is his age as of 2007 (story setting).

One of quite a few of the Gargoyle characters I've got designed as part of a story I've been fiddling with over the years. If things go well enough I may share bits and pieces of it or all at some point. I'm not very good at writing but it's a fun little side project to work on here and there.

I'll move this to scraps after a while.
