I'm sorry, but you need to look at the class list. The Anime/Manga class is full, and and we do not yet have teachers for Vehicles and Animation yet.
I really like htis picture btw. Its awesome.
ANYWAY, you can either change the classes, or wait until a teacher comes for those classes.
