The robot of a short fat old man. Or maybe the cuborg upgrade of a short fat old man, you pick.
I think this is getting there, but I don't like the eyes so much. I just see to much of of the one big one small thing happening in this community for example. But I like the character and think you should continue to evolve him.

whoa, I like this one even more that 1. Dont think it needs color though, simpilcity is the key to design in most cases, this looks good raw.

All you need is a little color.
Then you should turn into an avatar and animate it.
Maybe a good animation would be blinking lights or a bobing head.

Very simple, yet very interesting . . . the contrast between the thickness of the lines was a great touch for adding your detail. I also like the way you made the whole bot out of circles and rectangles
