I did this in two days ago or even more, and I always forgot to upload it here, since I don't like DevaintART.

So this picture is sort of inspired by in SONIC X picture like this : images5.fanpop.com/image/photo…

While I watching SONIC X on YouTube with Japanese dubs, I saw that picture of SONIC X just before it started, this gave me an idea for my project of Rose in the Sapphire with mains characters on one picture for school photo. I forgot to add Tikal but it has no space for her. Cheese isn't there until Cream met her from end of the school. I was thinking perhaps I could added Sally there, because, well, I don't know her very well, really, but this is my first time to drew her there, and I loved her hair and her face, everything. She is very different from other SONIC characters, like you saw Sonic and others's muzzles shape are the same, expect Sally. I know she's from the comic. I heard of her somewhere on the comic since when I was a kid, but never read it all, as it was belongs to my brother's.
I was reading on SONIC Wiki about her in few weeks ago, and it was interesting to learn about her. I know she died on the comic by become a robot, but I would like to add her for my project, to become Sonic and Amy's good friend. I would not add Sally and Sonic to become romantic relationship like rest of the comics, as this is not my project for it. It's about friendship between Sally and Sonic.

Also, Silver and Blaze were my first time to try to draw on there. I never actually knew them well since when they were came out on games. I knew Silver a little bit when I saw him on Sonic the Hedgehog game when my brother was playing it and completed it many times. In fact, I dislikes playing anything to do with XBOX 360 when he had this system to play this. I also never played the DS game when Blaze were in. I actually didn't know when that came out because I didn't watch the Ads on TV about it in long time ago, until I saw it in the shop from 4 years ago and not bothered about buying it.

I was soo in shame that I never knew them well. But I will watch them on YouTube soon to get know them well. I remember when I saw their drawings of them on DA that people made Blaze anger and Silver cute or confused or act like a child. I found it cute when Blaze and Silver become a couple on DA. I never knew about that, really, so, in my project I will make a LITTLE bit Blaze and Silver relationship there, if only you want to, really.
I dislikes Rouge, just because of her attitudes and shows her breasts out. I actually hates any girls shows their breasts lines out because it was too distracting and they sometimes like to show off. In my comic, I will made her to wear a normal and modern t-skirt without showing off her breasts, because I don't like it. Please don't get excited when you will see her on my comic to see her breasts...cos I would not draw that. I also unsure about Knuckles and Rough's relationships. In fact, when I first had to play SA2 on SEGA Dreamcast from when I was a kid, and I noticed both are the same skills - by digging and good-finding the treasures, and also both are always arguments in almost in same way. I found it quite cute if they comes to romantic relationships, but now I was not sure about it, some people prefers Shadow/Rough, because they worked together due in SA2, SONIC HEROES and SONIC X. I'm not sure, really, what you think? I can't pick, lol. I will make decisions for future of comics for Knuckles, Shadow and Rough's love relationship when I will make a vote poll.

I would like to make a cute couple for Cream and Tails on my project, but I realized Cream is very young to understand "serious relationship", but in the future when they will get older, I will make them to become a couple.
I am not sure about Sally's love relationship, but I will think about it when I will see her on comic or story. Or maybe leave her out to dead like rest of the original comics.

Anyway, about this drawing, I really enjoyed to draw all of them, includes the hands. How I love drawing the hands. They were easy to draw, really. I've been practice for many years and now I learned quickly. Hmm, I was thinking maybe I could make a tutorial for how to draw hands quickly for Sonic's style? But I actually drew them in my own style for the hands.

The reason why I put in work in progress because it is not colored yet. It's gonna take a long time. I will use colored pencils, markers and some of watercolors (uh, I'm a bit scared of using watercolors...needs more practice).
