,its been about a month n im getting annoyed so yeah,,,
i will only refund if you notify me before i start the comm if not im going to finish it and give it to youfor any payment be it custom/comm/adopt/etc. i would like to receive the payment in 3 weeks time(for art payment- i'll be more lenient )
