Description
After a long time I finally settled on an idea for the partner for my original Police Tug OC. One person took exception to the more British design of my first tug. So this Tug is his partner. He and my other OC patrol Bigg City after the Police Dept decided to have a bigger show of the force after the Johnny Cuba incident. While my other Tug was sent overseas after he was built this guy was not so is very much more 'american' . He joined my original tug a few weeks later, and he wears the standard BPCD livery with full BCP crest on his hat and Stack. He works alongside my other OC and Fire Tug and the Coast Guard keeping a beady eye on any shifty goings on in the Port ! with four sets o eyes watching the waters criminals will have a harder time doing their dodgy dealings ! Not that Captain Zero will be deterred of course !
