I've seen other artists draw Flapjack here on DASo I decide to draw adorable little flap in my style =3
I tried to make a pastel like background o.o looks really funky to me XD

I used Photoshop CS2
Flapjack was just Inked and colored and I used a PS Default brush by the name of "watercolor loaded wet flat tip" for the background along with the smudge tool to give it some softness feel to it n_n

I'm pretty sure that you can since I heard cs3 is about the same o.o
just practice coloring with that brush and smudging a bit
