So! Let me get started.
First, I love the anatomy you have in this. It feels cartoonish, yet solid enough to be taken seriously. The hands, feet, and heads are large but don't feel out of place, you drew Infinite and Gadget proportionate to most Sonic characters!
I love the detail and anatomy on their fur and clothes: the fluff of Infinite's tail and mussed up hair, the wrinkles in their gloves and boots, and the little extra fur you put on their shins. The emotional expressions are captured wonderfully, bittersweet and sentimental.
Unfortunately, I cannot give much original credit since it's fanart. ): That, and I felt that more dramatic shading could have been used. But those are the only two cons I can think of.
Everything about this pic is superb! The detail, the smooth color scheme is easy on the eyes... I love the design you used for Infinite sans his mask, all white and grey, it reminds me of Drawlala's design on Tumblr. And I also admired how you used the sad backstory that Gadget and the Infinite knew one another... and then you drew them finally back together, without the Phantom Ruby possessing Infinite.
