Just a pair of good brothers hanging out together reading their own separate books (each with their own brother's eye color) during a quiet time; Richter doesn't mind Milton sitting on his head one iota (so long as he doesn't fall off it)

Originally I wanted to draw this scene with Richter reading his book laying forward on the ground while Milton would read his book sitting on Richter's paws serving as a makeshift chair (I always wanted to draw a moment like that in some form or other)... but when I tried attempting that drawing it just didn't turn out right so I changed it to how it is here... one day I'll manage, but for now I'm all right with how this turned out
