so this is bone
he's completely non canonical to trigger and ash's story and only exists in the leech au of them
but i rlly like him so i made him a ref
i'll prolly draw some stuff of him eventually and possibly commission art of him sometimes who knows he's cool
i might make shira and shiro,, who are part of a weapon au
i love trigger and ash so much sigh help me
so i'll do some info on him bc i already have a lot of stuff on him sobbing

Name: His real name is Ridley, but he goes by Bone
Nicknames: People who know his real name sometimes call him Rids, sometimes he's just called Leech (though its usually as an insult)
Age: Ageless
Sex: Male
Species: He's what's called a leech,, a sort of parasite
Not gonna put sexual orientation and status bc he's a leech and is incapable of feelings of real romantic or sexual attraction
Personality: He's actually a bit of an asshole sometimes. He isn't too empathetic, but he tries. He's not super sadistic or anything, but he's not exactly a friendly guy. He and Trigger started off rough and he didn't care too much about him or Ash, but he eventually warmed up to them and now cooperates with Trigger. Once he and Trigger started getting to know each other, he got quite a bit more cocky. He'll sometimes tease Trigger or even Ash. But he works well with Trigger, often telling him to let him take full control when Trigger's in a pinch.

Backstory: So Bone found Trigger and offered the basic "hey if you become my host i can give you enough power to protect the ones you love" and Trigger was just kind of "k". So he lives inside Trigger, and gets partial control over Trigger's body. Usually, only Trigger's eyes will change when Bone has partial control, but when Bone has full control, he sort of transforms?? to where the spikes on his back will poke out of Trigger's back and his horns will stem from his head. But this usually hurts Trigger a lot whenever he regains control. Bone is only allowed to take full control of Trigger's body in times of emergency, as part of the agreement between the two. The two followed the rules really strictly at the beginning, but once they warmed up to each other, Bone was able to take control over the body without doing his transformations and hurting Trigger. The two eventually decided they needed to start cooperating if they're going to be in the position they're in. THIS AU IS KIND OF COMPLICATED IM SORRY AA

Extra:
- Bone stays inside Trigger, but under certain circumstances (which is 10x more complicated than his backstory and AU explanation), he can separate into his own form.
- In his own form, he's pretty damn tall; he's a lot taller than Trigger.
- He has a sort of fondness for Ash.
- If Trigger's body gets hurt while Bone's in control, Bone can heal him, but it takes a lot of energy.
- If Trigger goes unconscious, Bone takes control.
- Bone really only ever goes unconscious when he needs to recharge. Otherwise, he's just kind of in an inactive mode. He can listen to things going on around Trigger, and he can take partial control.
- His voice is different than Trigger's, and anytime he takes partial control, Trigger's voice changes to his. His voice is a lot deeper than Trig's.
- Trigger has to be the one to let Bone take full control. Otherwise, Bone can only take partial control. But like, he can't take partial control constantly yknow
- He has flirted with Trigger before, but to no avail.
- The spikes poking out of his back are bones, yes.
- His powers are typically the glowing orb of energy kind, but he's great at combat fighting too.
- When he's in full control of Trigger's body, he can't feel when the body gets like,, shot or anything. In the past, it caused a lot of pain and problems between the two, with Trigger getting really badly injured anytime Bone took control.
- Trigger will sometimes call Bone by his real name either when he's trying to get Bone's attention, is angry at him, or in a quick emergency when Bone needs to take control quickly.
