Wow, Psychy! You've improved so much since I last saw your art - it's incredible! dfsdgfsk <33 I can tell your anatomy is improving, and this color scheme is really pretty! If I remember correctly, it's called analogous when you use colors close to each other on the color wheel. Is that a bit of violet in the eyes? I can't tell if it is, but it looks really nice with the soft yellows you have going on in the stars (which also work well with the soft blues you have going). And also, dat blue. <3

Your lighting is improving, too. May I suggest that you try out cell shading? I think it could work really nicely with this style and help you refine your shading a bit (if that makes sense?). If you do decide to work on cell shading, I'd suggest using a hard brush since soft brushes tend to dilute the shading too much (which works for certain drawings, but it can be difficult to make it work properly.. I haven't been able to get it to work, haha). Simple cell shading may not seem like much, but since it's easy for your eyes to distinguish between shadowed and non-shadowed areas (creates a lot of contrast), it's a really effective eye-catcher (more so than adding too many layers of shading - I'd advise not to over-shade/add too many layers of shading, since it's a real time-waster and can make your pictures look overworked)! And I'd experiment with different shading colors as well. You might try using purple for shading in one piece and orange for shading in another, to portray mood or temperature. It's sort of hard to explain, so I suppose the easiest way for you to learn is just to experiment!

Also, this is a really nice character! Detailed, yet not so cluttered with details that it makes her a pain to draw. The color palette is extremely appealing, isn't harsh on the eyes, and reads easily. Right in the range of good character design. c:
