more Warriors of Fire!I really love how the whole dragons-as-cats thing is going. All your headcanons and ideas are really nice
This is the scene where Kestrel is gonna die.
Blister is an Abyssinian mix of some sort, hence angular face and slender, snakelike form.
Morrowseer is a maine coon of course, because he's as big as heck
Kestrel is a Somali thing, she could be a little Abyssinian too.

She nodded sadly, and looked down at the two eggs between them. "At least they will." She smiled faintly, and stroked one of the eggshells. "Our dragonets will live on."
Morrowseer put a wing around her, and gently kissed her. He smiled, a genuine smile. Not one of his dark smiles he used to frighten others, but a true smile of joy. "And, soon..." he said, "we shall be king and queen. Together."
"Soon," she agreed.
"Soon."
