am i dead? cause i think i just saw an angel

YEAH I CAN ONLY DRAW TURTLES NOW SORRY but anyways it's drawing backstory time with nugget

so I have this one friend and he's really into occult/theology/whatever you call it and one day he just infodumps to me and this other friend about archangels and demons and stuff.. and me and my bud thought it was amusing that one of the archangels was named Raphael and another was named Michael (cause. Michael angel. Michelangelo.) so angel!turds happened

and after sketching this out, I decided that I really hated how I always have to draw with solid lines, so I went and downloaded some more brush textures and stuff! it was really fun and great to finally get brush variety. I'm so happy. not completely satisfied yet, but happy.
