Lol! Yep! You can never be too early, especially at the one shop in town. They put up their Christmas decorations two weeks ago! O.O We don't celebrate Halloween here, so there's never Halloween decorations anywhere.

It was probably banned by the Christian board for being "evil."
But in a way it's a good thing it has been banned, because all the trick or treaters will probably be raped, sodomised or murdered with the crime rate in this country.

It is. I don't know, people just don't bother. A South African's idea of Halloween is mainly watching scary movies at home. Some people probably have dress up parties with friends.

It's always been that way. I don't think South Africa has ever celebrated it. So it doesn't really bother us. Every few years the government tries to get rid of Christmas, but there is always so many people protesting that they can't do it!
