Description
Those cards where done for a trading activity to the theme 'Asterix & Obelix' a popular and awesome comic from France! I had so much fun doing that style, that I did 4 cards
Hope you like them too!

Done as usual with Copic and Touch Markers, and other traditional media

Awesome job on that. Sometime this or next month (sometime this year) I plan on practicing on the characters. Too bad these comics and or the movies made it to the US.
I first discovered Asterix and Obelix from who made a journal a long time back about the 50th anniversary of the series, and afterwards I saw the movie on youtube of Asterix and the Vikings.

Wow ... Die Karten sind echt schön geworden. Mir gefällt besonders, wie du die Haut coloriert hast und auch die kleinen Details (die Scherben zu Cleopatras Füßen - da ist wohl mal wieder eine ihrer kostbaren Vasen oder Statuen zerschellt

I'm not sure how the name's are in other countries, for Germany we call them 'Majestix' and 'Gutemiene'
So I don't know, how they are called in your country

Ich mag "Asterix und Obelix" Serie von Kind auf ^^ Dir sind alle KAKAOs sehr gut gelungen, aber am meisten gefällt mir eine mit Asterix, Obelix and Dogmatix

I always laughed my ass off whenever i read these classic masterpieces,the Cleopatra mission movies made me had a jaw-cram as well,these guys will never get old,great jod as always

I loved them!! I read a lot of Asterix comics when I was a little kid! I only have two of them now... But I always loved this comic as a child! european comics are awesome! I love Asterix and the Smurfs!
I'm reading at the names and in spanish they're kind of different... the only remain the same are (obviously) Caesar and Cleopatra, Asterix and Obelix

I also read those comics always, when waiting at the dentist xD he had so many of them there.
The names are the english version, for me, I'm also very used to the german version of the names!
Dogmatix is Idefix in Germany, and Getafix is Miraculix. It's funny to see, that the names where changing around the countries

Mein Favo ist definitiv Cäsar mit Cleo~
Doch alles im allen finde ich alle Karten sehr liebevoll und Farbenfroh geworden sind!
Jeder Charakter ist getroffen worden von derem Original Stil und deinem schönem, weichem Zeichenstil!
Bei Dogmatix hab ich mich schon erschreckt wegen dem Namen! xD Und was ist mir Miraculix? XD

Ich hab mir letztens mein Derp Ellina Bild angeschaut mit dem Nacht BG, mittlerweile finde ich das ich es genau so hinbekommen hab wie ich es geplant hatte, doch man muss es selbst ein wenig zeitlich ruhen lassen um den eigentlichen Effekt zu erkennen!
Das seh ich bei den Schlüsseln auch erst nach einer Zeit was ich da eigentlich geschafft habe, denn meistens denk ich nur etwas negativ und dann im Endbild ist das einfach das was ich dabei gedacht hatte! ;D
