I'm not sure of what washing powder promises to make clothing smell like the sea inhabitants.

Though there are always the sea breeze fresh and tropical breeze aren't there? His expression is very cute. Beautiful stippling to suggest scales though. Both simple and effective from the "less is more" school of art.
