Description
This is for my book report side project thing on the book Tithe by Holly Black. I did an illustration of some of the characters of the book. The right side is the Fairie side an the other is the human side. The girls in the middle are the main chracter, Kaye, in the two forms she takes in the book; one in pixie form and the other human. On the right we have Roiben and the kelpie, on the left there is Corny (Cornelius) and a marry-go-round horse (who isn't really a big character, or one at all, but i thought should go in there). And lastly Thimblewhich, uh well she aint very important ether but I really didn't want to try drawing the Queen in all her fanshy smanshy junk.This took a total of 2 hours for the sketch an lines, then another 2 for the coloring.

Holly Black is one of the best authors ever. Once I blindy bought a book, ismply because she reveiwed it and said it was good... She was totaly right.
I hope you get a good mark, than again you probably already got a grade by the time I commented.

Ya I ended up getting 87% fer it...... though I then got 47% on the essay part

Interesting how you have Kaye the girl and Kaye the pixie side-by-side. The illustration is good, too.

Ya, I own all except the 1st.
I put the two different Kaye's to show how she is related to the Fey. It's one of my better illustrations I'll admit. The book was so good!

hmm, that probly would have worked better. But i just didn't know how to draw the queens. they sounded so elegant and beautiful. When i tried they didn't look the way i wanted them to, so i ended up leaving them out.
