After a showdown between Caroline and second-in-command "Tony" (long eye-to-eye stare showdown, wherein ultimately Tony succumbs to Her heightened willpower and falls to his knees... ordered to crawl toward Caroline's boots (wow!)); another major show character, the shape-shifting Alien female "Maya" stumbles onto the frozen control room and discovers the slow-motion crawling Tony (who is still fighting Caroline's imperatives with extreme resistance, but unable to stop himself). Maya takes the incredible scene of a room full of frozen crew mates and dominated 'number one' crawling towards the villainess upon his hands and knees... Maya is shocked and appauled by the incredible circumstances surrounding her, until Caroline focuses her sadistic attentions upon her!
