What if he was actually on the 'good' side? I really feel like Darkstripe could have been an amazing warrior, if only he had had a different role model.Basically though this was just a experiment with cell shading, and it just happened to look like Darkstripe near the end :'B the anatomy is off i just noticed, I did this really quickly eheh

His progression as an antagonist throughout the series was definitely one of the most interesting. He started out as a pretty respected Warrior, becoming an enemy to hate/fear for our main characters, then slowly drifts into mad eagerness of being Tigerstar's lapdog. He's become so pitiful as a Dark Forest cat.

exactly, like he just sort of wilted towards the end. I sort of wish he really died when he died, and not lived on in the dark forest. Would have saved him a lot of pain :V

I almost felt bad for him in a prologue scene where he finds his Tigerstar waifu after death, but is scared/shocked he's not in Starclan.

Ohh man that really made me sad, but did he really expect to make it to Starclan after nearly murdering a kit (plus a lot of other stuff I'm forgetting)Β
Which kind of confirms he wasn't truly on the 'dark side', not devoted to it, anyway.

I don't think cats of The Place of No Stars even knew it existed before they became part of it. No one ever told others "if you're bad you go to this place", and Starclan never was an idea of "if you're good you go to this place" either. I think it's merely a place of remembering, and honoring those passed before you. But no one wants to remember the bad cats and what they've done. So it's pretty much a void, which I think explains why even Tigerstar was confused in where he ended up.Β
