Has anyone gotten a Note from this user and can confirm if it's legitimate or not?

I'm pretty skeptical, and I'm working with a local program to help me get a job since the beginning of this year.

This year hates me right now btw.

I dunno.. I've been getting notes like this one, but never written like this.

I just need to confirm legitimacy, and that's why I'm asking you guys to:

Shoot me a note with a screenshot of the exact user (It's censored in case this is real).
If they end up being a scam, I will block and report them. I do not want people to fall into a scam like this one.. especially because this is REALLY scummy to come to me during a time where I'm out of a job.
If I need to, I can initiate more replies to the person to get more info. Squeeze them like a sponge until all the information is rung out. (that sounded bad-)

Hit me up if you can! Really don't want this to be a scam.. I will be very upset if it is!

I do not want you guys to go harass them. That's petty, and if it turns out to be real, could sic a legal team at your throat.
