Description
All fourteen races I've made for my sci-fi story universe. Fourteen! And each with at least a page of details discussing elements of culture, biology, as well as general data. And let's not some insults other races have towards them, especially those who don't like a certain race. I'll eventually sit down and make sheets for individual one, maybe. I'm still working on writing the main series, which is taking forever...
Some little tidbits.

Augry: humanoid plants that speak through telepathy. They survive off of photosynthesis primarily, making them poor space travellers without the use of supplements and artificial lights.
Calfi`ta: living metal biological creatures. Often at the forefront of deep space exploration and colonization, they can survive in most environments, save for aquatic ones.
Drakk: the closest thing to humans in the Bedalia Court. With a hand in everything, they are rather diverse creatures, although they suffer from an overworking thyroid gland that can cause issues if not dealt with at an early age.
Dondawn: small furry nocturnal beasts. They see better in darker lit environments and are often used for cheap later, due to their small size and nimble figures.
Eetsu: fire tolerant scientists of geology. Although dedicated to the sciences, geology especially, they are high practicioners of thier culture and traditions, on par to that of the Higari and Valati.
Higari: massive entities of strength and resilience. Despite possessing great strength and towering heights, they are a people dedicated to their religion and culutre, much like the Eetsu and Valati.
Lab-Born: half synthetic half organic creations of the Potrinda. Although originally created for darker purposes, they serve as personal attendants to the dying Potrinda race. Due to their more synthetic programming, most are unfeeling and incapable of immediate emotions.
Orzran: insectoids with a heart towards community. Although males are more numerous among their people, it is the females that hold the power, and as such the divide in gender roles is clear. Secrecy and isolation is considered disrespectful.
Potrinda: dying geniuses unable to cure a deadly disease. Once at the forefront of scientific discovery, an unrelenting disease forces them into seclusion as they find a cure; the Lab-Born now server as their connection to the Bedalia Court.
Pteran: small humanoids hailing for cold climates. Unlike other species, they still maintain a strict caste system, borderline on slavery, among the main culture. This has given them a rather unfavorable reputation, coupled with their general arrogance.
Solarin: free spirits of pure energy. Little is known about the Solarin, other than the power they possess, coupled with their almost childlike demeanor.
Swagti: sentient fungi required to wear protective suits. as they leave spores wherever they touch, all who venture to other colonies with other races are required to wear suits that isolate their touch to prevent biological catastrophy. They have a bad history with Orzran after enslaving them 2000 years ago.
Valati: beautiful creatures with predatory features. Despite their love for bright colors, they have a split jaw they keep close and the markings of a former carnivore. Like the Eetsu and Higari, they are dedicated practictioners of their culture among the stars, most known for the various traditions they celebrate.
Xirtan: amphibious warriors hailing from an unforgiving world. Believing in survival of the fittest, they do not tolerate weakness nor ignorance. They breathe through a mucus covering their skin, making them susceptible to dry, hot environments.

All is mine. Do not steal what is almost a decade of work.
