Red RNGR
   Secret Identity-Austin Scott
   Age-19
   Backstory-A genius engineer and mechanic, Austin grew up in the middle class area of New Angeles. His intellect was nurtured by his parents, who were talented inventors. The two were also outspoken activists who protested the cruelty of the Tribunal. One day, their home was raided by the Tribunal’s military police. His parents, having expected this turn of events, gave Austin a thumb drive and instructed him to run and never look back. Austin complied, but not before witnessing his mother and father being taken away. The thumb drive contained data and schematics for a project that would allow ordinary people to fight back against the tyranny of the tribunal. In the years since, Austin perfected his parents’ designs in secret waiting while training to prepare for the time to finally put it into use. Now, that time has come.
Arsenal
PWR Morpher (Not Shown)-An octahedral handheld device that, when activated, initiates the ranger transformation sequence. The specific ranger designation and elemental affinity is determined by one of five different Power Cells.
  RNGR Suit-A highly flexible armor composed of dozens of interweaved layers of nano-machines and alloys designed to withstand significant punishment while protecting the user and enhancing their strength. The Red RNGR suit grants the user resistance to electric shocks with the ability to generate them along with super speed.
  PWR Buster- A massive single-edged High Frequency Blade that can be supercharged with electricity to unleash devastating attacks.
  Tiger PWR Zord-A mechanical assault vehicle armed with high powered railguns capable of firing highly charged bolts of electricity.
