Time for a little fun with a sci-fi classic - TRON.
For those of you who have been following me for a few years, lightcycles were the letter 'L' in my Alphabet Challenge way back in 2018
So as time was at a premium and I'm currently working on 2 hyper-realism projects, one of which is very complicated, I kept it simpler with this one and it gave me the chance to do all three projects without getting burnout.
Done with polychromos pencils and built up in layers, utilising my pressure application and layering techniques, the picture consists of 24 colours.
TRON's gold bike was done with white, dark chrome yellow, sky blue, permanent green olive, black, deep red, cold grey 3, cold grey 4, cold grey 5 and warm grey 1.
The jet wall was done with white, dark cadmium yellow, cadmium orange and warm grey 1.
RAM's red bike was done with white, permanent carmine, medium flesh, sky blue, black, deep scarlet red, cold grey 3, cold grey 4 and warm grey 1.
The jet wall was done with white, medium flesh, light magenta and deep red.
The Blue Squadron Videowarrior's bike was done with white, light magenta, light red-violet, light phthalo blue, sky blue, black and cold grey 3.
The jet wall was done with white, light magenta, light blue, dark phthalo blue, warm grey 1.
The shadows were done with cold grey 3 and cold grey 6.
Finally the game grid was done with white, warm grey 1, warm grey 4, warm grey 5 and warm grey 6.

Completion time: 5 hours, 22 minutes
