Description
I have my own way of drawing Pikachus, please don't tell me it doesn't look like Ken Sugimori's way of drawing Pikachus.Well I was bored, so I made you all a Pikachu base to use. I might make some other bases of some of the more popular Pokemon. Feel free to suggest one (which means I may or may not do it, it's just a suggestion)

If I used the base to make a character can I post the art made with base on other sites if I credit you? (So not the blank base but the colored in one. Sorry for asking most people never specify if that's ok and I don't want to risk anything)
