HAY GUESS WHUT.now i can parade around with some TARDISes on mah ears!
these took SO LONG to make, though mostly cuz i was playing around with the stove (i've never made anything out of clay before, even air dry)
i got to bed at like an obscene hour just cuz i wanted to finish these babies
but i think it was well worth it!
so yah. here they are!
oh and the best part? the windows, the light on top, and the lil signs that say "police public call box" glow in the dark
i definitely need to do more sculpting....

hahaha i was wondering how i was gonna do that... but at the craft store they had these great lil strips of plastic you could use for model railroading, i guess... or something like that. i cut one down to make it more manageable (they're like 9 inches in length) and then i just pressed the end into the clay. the ones i got were actually too small for what i sculpted the base to be, so there are lil lines if you look really closely - its not really as smooth as i would have liked, but the paint kind of hides it
