No, its not. If its the user thats been mentioned bellow I've explained I cannot reach their page to do it myself and ask them to take it down or see what exactly they're doing to tell them to stop or to tell the people in the comments that possibly went to get one that it's alright they didn't know, however, I dont personally allow things like that.
