This is NOT a photograph!Just incase anyone was wondering why I haven't posted very much this summer....it's because this has been hanging over my head the majority of it. ^_^
Now it is FINALLY Finished!!
Time: 48 hours
Medium: Pencil (5H-4B)
Paper: 18"x24" Illustration Board
Muse: Archives of Natalie and Andrew both (you would not believe how much different music I listened to, and not one of them was from the Lord of the Rings Soundtrack ^.^')
3 references were used
This was a commission piece, subject matter of my choice. I can't wait to see his reaction to it.

yes some. I've had 3 semesters of drawing classes in college. Other than that it's just me. Been doodling since 1991, he^_^

no, it was really just 1 1/2 years, maybe one or two drawing classes each 6 months. A semester of school is only a season, like fall and winter of the same year would be two semesters.

..........I seriously froze when I saw this; I think I was petrified for about 5 minutes. Obviously, I knew it wasn't a photograph, but it really looks like one b/c it's so picture perfect with extravagant details and shadings and lighting! It almost looks like a beautiful grayscale airbrushing piece. You never cease to amaze me; struck by the beauty of your artwork, my heart's still quivering. *Bows*
