To do this one I've been inspired by this photography of Robert Downey Junior: sta.sh/0xk7xsy1i8and this AWESOME fan art: sta.sh/0wgbdm2a19m (don't know the name of the artist unfortunately Dx)
I don't have a lot to say about it. Only that I was watching Civil war when I was drawing him, that's maybe why Tony looks so hurt. '-'

Not only artistically magnificent and awe-worthy, but... GODDAMNNNN, Tony's hot as hell here~~~ *fans self*
But really, I love how you characterized him, using this everyday context that I feel to be such a fitting tribute to him.
I'm enchanted with so many aspects: the offhand-treatment of injuries, his smoking, the old-style radio and face-plate nearby, and that AMAZING use of metaphorical representation via his hands: welding glove vs. Iron Man gauntlet... And his posture/facial expression... Just - I'm overwhelmed by how much I adore this portrayal of Tony/ You encapsulated just how wonderfully complex/intricate he is as a character. There's his effort, his charisma, his pain... Somehow ALL within this frame/moment. GENIUS!
