The Wayward Guardian
The Shell of Time
Embrace your shifting borders as the ocean creates her shoreline
At places smooth and welcoming as a sandy beach
And others as harsh as rocky cliffs constantly under siege and impossible to approach
Your state of being is not a tourist destination
Nor a secret hideout that others whisper about and few come to claim
You are unknown
The remaining wilderness
The birthplace of mystery
And the graveyard of extinction
The cusp
The edge of creation
The never ending timeline
The dance of it all
Embrace the approach
Let go as it slips away
There is nothing worth holding onto
That won't come back on it's own
