Here's someone I love but haven't drawn in ages.If you've seen my gallery at all, you know I used to be huge about all things Tim Burton. I learned how to draw while drawing Emily here, so I suppose I just wanted to try if I still can. Besides, I'm working on something that demands drawing her...

I once met Emily, at the Tim Burton exhibit in New York two years ago. I stared at her inside the vitrine for good five minutes and caused a clog in the crowded room. It was amazing.

I like this movie too. I found Emily's character design really interesting in that they certainly didn't hold back on the dirt and decay but still managed to make her pretty. You did a great job showing that here. Her blue skin is especially lovely.

Me and this movie - "like" doesn't even begin to cover it, "obsess creepily" is more like it... I was 12 years old when CB premiered, and watched nothing else for months... I had never been so obsessed with, well, anything! So, I have a special relationship with it.
You should totally try to draw a Tim Burton stop motion movie character. 8D

Maybe obsessions are just more visible in artistic people - after all, they're the ones who keep producing fanart and fanfics when they like something, instead of just obsessing quietly like the most...
